The minutes of the May 3, 2007, meeting had been sent to each member prior to the meeting. The minutes were unanimously approved.

Kathy reported that we continue to have difficulty getting a person to successfully manage our website. We continue to look for a person willing to do this for the Business Association.
A discussion followed on the progress of the restoration of the Town Hall. The restoration committee is currently in the need of funds to pay for a feasibility study to determine if there is enough support in the community to continue the project. If the study indicates there is not enough support from the community the project will terminate. The cost of the study is approximately $8,000.00, $6,000.00 of which has already been raised. Steve Mast moved that the Business Association give $500.00 to the cost of the study. Ann Morrow seconded the motion and all voted yes.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned with the next meeting to be on Thursday, July 5, 2007, at the same time and place.
Respectfully,
Stephen H. Mast, Secretary
